The co-working spaces at Aurbis has been designed keeping in mind the need of the small-scale start-up companies. We offer enclosed spaces in modules as small as 12-seater (scalable as per the requirement) which serves as a small private office with all the shared services like Meetings, Conference & Training rooms available on pay and use basis.
Aurbis takes care of end-to-end services for the co-working spaces including housekeeping, maintenance, Internet, IT services, front office & security. The client/tenant has access to shared pantry, cafeteria, and collab/breakout areas.
Enterprise office space solutions are the dedicated spaces, custom designed as per the requirements of the client/organization. The client has flexibility to make choices in terms of size of the furniture, design of the breakout/collab area, colors of the wall, specifications of the server room/ data center to name a few. The enterprise solution also gives the client an opportunity to get their brand identity embedded in the setup to achieve the look they desire. The enterprise solutions are meant for long duration leases.
The regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, however, our facilities are designed for 24/7 operations including services and Security.
At Aurbis we provide dedicated enclosed space in smaller modules as the co-working solution, we do not have floating/hot desk concept and hence we cannot allow a tenant to work out of any facility other than the one, where they have taken up the office space. However, in case the client/tenant wants to use the shared services (meeting /conference/discussion room) at any other location, it can be provided on pay and use basis based on availability of such services.
The visitors/guests/ vendors who come to meet our client/tenant have to register themselves on our visitor management system at the reception with their personal details along with the details of the person they want to meet. The host will receive a prompt e-mail/notification on the Aurbis App to approve the entry and post the approval visitor will be guided to client’s office. A Tenant/client can also invite or pre-approve entry of guest/vendor/visitor through Aurbis App
Tenant Admin/facility Manager can access the utility consumption, raise a maintenance ticket and access their assets details, billing details and parking management system through Aurbis App.All Utilities of an Enterprise tenants can be seen and tracked on our web portal by the tenant enabling the transparency and rationalization of usage and costs.
Aurbis Engage App has multiple features which are useful for the tenant employees working from Aurbis facility and the tenant admin managers. The employees can explore the cafeteria menu and order food, book meeting rooms, approve/invite visitor, join or create groups & clubs of people with common interest, report lost and found items, buy & sell, participate in surveys & polls, discussion forums to name a few.
