Scott has held senior executive & board level positions with blue-chip corporations including Colliers International, Jones Lang LaSalle, and MRC Allied Industries.

Benjamin has over 20 years of experience in diverse aspects of real estate including project & construction management, valuation, risk, portfolio, investment and asset management. Prior to joining Avila, he has worked in senior positions with corporations such as Sentosa Development Corporation, AIG, Ascendas, Mapletree, PSA Corporation, and Davis Langdon & Seah.
